Deze reis voert ons van het adembenemende Leh, hoofdstad van Ladakh, de 'valleien der Goden’ in de Himalaya’s.
We trekken doorheen het 'land van de hoge passen' en bezoeken we verschillende afgelegen Tibetaanse kloosters en nemen deel aan ceremonies.
We doen in de Markha Vallei (of andere vallei) een aangename en gematigde trekking van 6 dagen te voet (met paarden en in tenten).
Doorheen de prachtige beelden van de Himalaya’s verblijven we in eeuwenoude dorpen en trekken we tot aan het blauw-groene Pangong-meer op 4267 m hoogte.
Een vliegtuigreis over de prachtige bergketen brengt ons terug in Delhi.
Er zijn regelmatig ochtend- en avondmeditaties in het teken van de Boeddha, Shambhala, de innerlijke Vuren, …
Een zeer gevarieerde reis voor wie dieper in de Tibetaanse cultuur wil doordringen.
